About Our Jewellery

Yes. Every Burma Trésor creation is carefully crafted with attention to detail. Many of our designs are made to order, ensuring your piece is truly personal and unique.
We specialise in bespoke and custom-made jewellery. If you have a design or gemstone in mind, please get in touch and our team will be delighted to help bring your vision to life.
All gemstones used in our jewellery are authentic and individually selected for their quality and character. Slight variations in colour or inclusions are natural and part of their beauty.
Resizing is available on selected designs. Please contact us before placing your order, or shortly after, to confirm if resizing is possible.

Orders, Delivery & Shipping

Ready-made pieces are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer; we'll confirm an estimated completion date when you order.
Yes, we ship to selected international destinations using tracked and insured couriers. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
If your order hasn't yet been dispatched, we'll do our best to amend the address. Please email us as soon as possible.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on ready-made items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or cancellations on bespoke or personalised pieces unless the item is faulty.
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Payments & Pricing

We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as secure online payments through trusted platforms such as Stripe and PayPal.
Yes, all prices shown on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Care & Maintenance

Store your jewellery in a dry, soft-lined box when not in use. Avoid exposure to chemicals, perfumes, and moisture to preserve its shine. For gemstone pieces, wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing.
Yes, we can help with cleaning, polishing, and minor repairs. Please contact us with details and we'll advise on the next steps.
