Shipping Information

Delivery Times

  • Ready-made pieces: Dispatched within 3–5 working days
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces: Estimated completion date confirmed at time of order
  • UK delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch
  • International delivery: 5–10 working days depending on location

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped using tracked and insured courier services to ensure your jewellery arrives safely. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location.

Please note: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by your country's customs authorities.

Changing Your Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@burmatresor.com. We'll do our best to update the address if your order hasn't yet been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns on ready-made items within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is:

  • Unworn and in its original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Custom & Bespoke Pieces

Due to their personalized nature, we cannot accept returns or cancellations on bespoke or custom-made jewellery unless the item is faulty or does not match the agreed specifications.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us at contact@burmatresor.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at contact@burmatresor.com with your order details
  2. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Send via a tracked and insured service (we recommend keeping proof of postage)

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 working days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
