2. Use of the Website

• You agree to use our website lawfully and not for fraudulent or unauthorised purposes.
• All content, including text, images, and designs, are the property of Burma Trésor Ltd and may not be copied or reproduced without our permission.

3. Products and Orders

• Each piece of jewellery is crafted with care and, in many cases, made to order.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes only. As gemstones are natural, slight variations in colour, inclusions, or patterns may occur.
• Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be altered without our agreement.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
• We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal, and major Credit/Debit Cards.

5. Delivery and Shipping

• We aim to dispatch ready-made items within 3–5 working days. Custom orders may take longer and estimated timelines will be provided at the time of order.
• Delivery times are estimates only and we are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g. courier delays, customs clearance).
• Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to your address.

6. Returns and Refunds

• If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, we will cover postage and insurance for the return and issue a replacement or refund.
• Due to the bespoke nature of many of our items, we cannot accept returns or refunds for custom-made jewellery unless the product is defective.
• Dissatisfaction based on natural gemstone characteristics, personal preference, or changes in personal circumstances is not a valid reason for refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days once the item is returned and inspected.

7. Custom Orders

• All custom-made jewellery is final sale and non-refundable unless faulty.
• We kindly ask customers to be confident in their decision before placing an order.

8. Intellectual Property

• All branding, designs, and content belong to Burma Trésor Ltd.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our materials for commercial purposes without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, opportunity, or goodwill.
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
